I have been here for a business trip for 3 nights.
The hotel is 3 stars, but it provides you a better comfort than 4 stars.
It is not huge and you have great service: flexible and dedicated to make you feel well.
Rooms are spacious & new.
Great WIFI.

The hotel is well located with clean rooms. Wifi is very slow and breakfast too basic. I would be prepared to pay some more for a better breakfast and wifi. Very friendly personnel. Parking spots are limited, but around the corner they have additional parking at the hotel Ritz.

We have stayed at this hotel three times now, using it "en route" to other destinations.
The reception and the quality of service from the staff is absolutely excellent - nothing is too much bother for them. The rooms are always clean and well appointed. Breakfast good selection, but especially important - fresh.
Cannot fault.
The owner/manager is now undertaking refurb of the Ritz hotel around the corner from l'Italia. If this becomes as good, then Chivasso will benefit from two excellent hotels.

The hotel is opposite the train station and the door from the street to the lobby is kept locked – you have to be buzzed in, which I found disconcerting. Maybe this isn’t the best part of town?
My room was towards the rear but there was still just a little noise. The room was quite large but had no view, the only window looking out on a miniscule balcony area that was completely enclosed. Both room and bathroom were clean though the bed always had a slightly damp feeling to it for some reason.
The best thing about the hotel is the dining. While breakfast is rather mediocre dinner is excellent, with a choice of dining rooms in the basement and excellent food. If you’re looking for something less formal, (and less expensive,) turn right out the front door, right again, and head for Pizzeria Da Salvatore.

My husband and I recently stayed in this hotel as part of a group booking. The staff could not have been more helpful and happy. We had a room at the front of the hotel facing the train station although I did not hear any trains throughout the night. Being so close to the station was handy and the train system easy to use. Everything else was within walking distance in this lovely town. I would definitely recommend it and will hopefully return ourselves in the future.
