Not a bad hotel really. Great location. Lots of things to do and places to eat nearby. Staff was not very friendly at all. Had to move bags to the lobby before 10:30 AM because they have a "system" for housekeeping (meaning the house keeper is there from 9-11 each day). Overall I'd say way over priced for what you get, but if you want to stay down town and the Cristal Palace is booked up, probably your best choice.

This is a rather tied hotel. It has comfortable rooms and facilities; but they are not large. The hotel is very close to the centre of town and is easy to find. They serve a good continental breakfast. Helpful staff. But probably over priced for what you get.

We spent just one night in Andria before getting the ferry in Brindisi for Greece.Nothing to add, the service is quite perfect, very quiet at night even if situated in town center. The breakfast is perfect, and if you like the italian coffe "ristretto" do not hesitate! (there is also expresso and american coffe if you prefer)...
The staff indicate me the average time to go to Brindisi and the time we could spent for the visit of Castle Del Monte before going to the ferry!

Bright (mainly white) single room which was very clean and adequately furnished. The staff were very friendly.
The hotel is near the centre of the modern part of town.
I was travelling by bike and had to leave it padlocked within the hotel courtyard, which was locked overnight.
