Whether you are going for business trip or private trip, this is a nice, serious, well managed place to stay. The Spa is alright (especially if you can use the outside pool) but not outstanding. Nice and friendly staff. The hotel restaurant was totally booked and the crew helped us find something else. Would definitely recommend if you go and play Cherasco Golf.

I usually always find something to criticize, not this time, perhaps because expecting much less. The whole town is a dreamlike place, the hotel is fantastic and the service very good.
The sofas and chairs are all from Poltrona Frau (a top italian furniture brand) and the interiors are perfecty cured in every detail. The standard room is remarcable and the swimming pool, sauna, turkish bath, etc. just really nice: not too big not too small.
Eating at the hotel restaurant is higly recomended: excellent, really excellent and those who follow my reviews know very well that I'm never too generous.

We bought through Voyage Privé but I recommend to purchase directly on its website. The place is fantastic: SPA, external swimming pool, fancy rooms, romantic atmosphere and an elegant restaurant. Moreover, there is in the castle the Wine Bank, historical cellar of exclusive selected Italian wines.
We had an all-inclusive package, the included dinner was not of our interests and the staff (actually a nice lady who followed us so accurately) upgraded it free of charge. What else? I really suggest either for a week end or for a short relaxing vacation. We will surely come back, maybe during winter since the external swimming pool is filled with warm water!

We spent a long weekend in this hotel and just loved it!
Very friendly staff, excellent food and wine - altogether very good value for the price.
Slow food at its best, local produce for dinner and breakfast.
Can only recommend it!

One of the most pleasent and welcoming hotels we have ever been to.
It is in fact an ex palace of the king of Italyand it's location is great exit point for a day trip for all the places in Piamonte we wanted to visit.we had the most beautiful view of the Alpes mountains and the lovely gardens surounding the hotel.The personal treatment of the staff, the clean ingness everywhere,good food (slow food philosophy) made this hotel to one of the most worthy hotels we have ever visited in.
