This is a special and fine hotel just by the congress center at Lido. Easy but slow access from Marco Polo airport by waterferry ( blue or red line, almost an hour). Bus, taxi or walk 1.7 km from ferry to hotel. Very quiet and beautiful surroundings .
The room was special way up on the top by an outside stair. Cosy and clean but I bumped my head in the ceiling numerous times due to the special design of my room.
Good breakfast and kitchen.
For 10 Euros I rented a bike so I came around much of Lido in the beautiful sunset. Gym was down the road for 9 Euros. The staff of this 4 star hotel was very friendly and check out time? I could decide myself.
I stayed 4 nights in relation to a congress and spent one afternoon in the central Venice. Again easy access by ferry.

Stayed here for 2 nights - it is a boutique hotel filled with antiques and bric a brac- Room was clean, well appointed. Bed was firm with terrible pillows - they did provide me with much better alternative when I asked. The room lay out was strange - the sink was located across the room away from the bathroom in a separate closet area - was inconvenient at night. Had dinner at hotel - was good. Breakfast was lovely - The wifi was 5 Euro (& non functional). Why the Average rating - the staff were rude, abrupt and just overall non helpful. It was exhausting trying to deal with them. I was refused a receipt for the dinner I had the evening before. When the person finally relented - it was with such attitude. They need some service training -

If you are looking for a place to stay on the Lido where you can be close to the beach, enjoy a great breakfast, and be taken care of by amazing staff then you have found your place. Massimo is incredible! Ask about renting a cabana on the beach.

Very nice a restaurant in Lido, cauzy atmosphere, good service, beautiful locale in a small garden. Highly recommend the Vitello tomato, they also had a nice buffet with crudités and salads, their fish was fresh and well grilled, the house wine excellent, and as a dessert we had, what else? The tiramisu´ and it was delicious and a very generous order!
We highly recommend it, the service was also excellent!!

This is a very quaint and enjoyable place to stay. It is only short works to Beach, restaurants, and the ferry to Venice. It is quiet, very clean and excellent value for your Euro.
Staff are great, and the food we've been served has been very enjoyable.
If you don't mind being off the main part of Venice on an island then this is for you.
