The apartments are a little dated, but they are clean and very well appointed.
We were at the front of the complex and heard almost no road noise.
Separate lounge, kitchen and bedroom makes for an easy extended stay.
Microwave, good sized fridge, cook top as well as the pots, pans & cutlery makes for a value stay.
50 meters to an IGA store and 100 meters to a tram stop, 200 meters to a pub, McDonalds and other shops tops it off.
4Gb WiFi allowance is more than enough.
Parking is outdoor off street and is on a first in best dressed basis.

The apartments are a little tired inside, but are very clean and there is plenty of space. The tram is a five minute walk, and it is a 15 minute walk to Bourke Street, where there are endless cafes and restaurants. There is a convenient small supermarket and a couple of small restaurants across the road (pizza, pasta and fish and chips). The apartments are a 15 minute walk to the MCG, which is very convenient. The price is great considering the location. The highlight was the very friendly staff; even though we were running late on arrival and the desk was due to close, the staff member stayed behind to check us in and was very helpful on our arrival. I would definitely stay again.

When Tony was flown from Albury to Melbourne in a serious condition for treatment at St. Vincent's Hospital, Joy travelled to Melbourne from Wodonga so that she could be near the hospital when Tony was operated on, and during his recovery. Reception was extremely helpful and very understanding. The place was spotless, and a supermarket and restaurants were just over the road. The bed was very comfortable and all facilities in the apartment were in good order, with a nice bathroom and great shower. Tony stayed at the apartment the day he was released from hospital. Highly recommended

I had the privilege of having a short stay at these Apartments as a family member was hospitalized in the area. I found the apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly from Reception to cleaning staff. The apartments are close to many hospitals in the area and walking distance to the MCG. There are trams a block away that will take you into the CBD. Fitzroy Gardens are close by. The apartment was well equipped with all that you would need including pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses to name a few of the items. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Had to be close to the Eye and Ear hospital, be a good price, and have a kitchen. This ticked the boxes. We stayed in the premier serviced apartments. The kitchen was good, however, no oven made it a little difficult. You have two hot plates to use which was fine for us (as well as a microwave, kettle, toaster).
I slept on the sofa bed and found it very comfortable and more than enough blankets are provided. There is free wifi and you have an allowance of 4gb. If you run out, another 4gb is provided, free of charge, by the very friendly staff. The staff are very helpful and kind. There is an IGA directly across the road which is pretty much a God send! There is also a fish and chip shop and a pizza restaurant across the road.
All free to air channels are there as well as three fox channels. The Fox channels aren't all that good quality, though. Also, I believe I saw advertised online of a gym, except I could not find one.
I definitely recommend this.
