Booked this hotel for it's central location. Rooms are large but very basic, we stayed self catering so had a fridge. kitchen area had very few items if you choose to cook, we eat out so didn't need to use the equipment.
The walls are paper thin, the room next door had tv on and did not turn it off during the 7 days we stayed, we go out during the day but during the night it drove me up the wall. I had to put cotton wool in my ears to try and muffle the noise.
The beds are not too comfy either. never been so happy to get home to a comfy bed a peace and quite at night.
I think because we went late in the season we only seen somebody on the front desk three times in the week.
They let us keep our suitcases in the front lobby on the last day as we had a late flight.
Did get offered a room for 25 euros, but we had packed up and didn't need it.

We've just returned from an 11 night stay at the alea hotel an would recommend it as a good base to explore ialyssos.
The rooms are big and clean and well maintained.
I read a review which mentioned the cleaners being too loud, I have to agree!
They were shouting to each other down the corridor an woke us up most mornings and generally too early!
They let us keep the room on the last day free of charge as we were departing in the night which was good of them.
Overall a nice hotel an good value for money and would probably stay here again.

Been in this Resort for a week with my best friend, we did really enjoy it. Desk staff very helpful and welcoming, clean rooms and quite large as we chose an apartment. Only bit of trouble the loud housekeeping staff screaming outside the rooms in the morning so if you fancy sleeping until 9 am forget about it! Quiet inconvenient for people that want to relax and enjoy a non stressful day.
Would stay again if quiet, otherwise will choose elsewhere..

The alea hotel is in a prime location for all your holiday needs. Close to shops, bars and restaurants and a 5 min walk to a beautiful clean beach.
Nicky, Mike and Dimitras are all very nice and very approachable. They will do anything to ensure you have a lovely stay. I would highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to go back. Shame I had to leave. Thank you all at the alea for a great holiday. Xx

Nice time spent there. A lot of restaurants near by and the beach is just 10min away. Nice swimming pool, a bit cold but very good to wake you up. All in all a very nice experience. The staff were very helpful, nice and welcoming. Also the bus station to Rhodes is very close by just 10min away. Definitely would recommend.
