Have been in this hotel a week ago.
rooms: tiny, almost no free space, if you come to room you certainly have to lay down, 2 persons can't move around simultaneously. from the other hands there was a hairdryer, tea kettle, quite large bathroom (if compare to room size itself), TV with only English channels, wi-fi is chargeable (never used, had mine :-) ). i have seen one more room (asked to give me slightly larger room considering my size, XXXL, 130kg), it was on opposite side of the street, definitely slightly larger (maybe 1-2 sq.meters more, hahaha), but on the 2nd floor without elevator, so i stayed where i was.
rooms were serviced every day.
breakfast was surprisingly normal, eggs, cheese, cold meet, cereals, yogurts, absolutely enough even for me.
location is good, just couple of minutes to Paddington rail station and tube will take you anywhere. all kinds of restaurants in vicinity, I've noticed Brasilian, Indian, several pubs and even Jame's steakhouse.
would i stay there again?price i have paid was so good for central London that it's quite possible.
Very run down. Rude staff

Would never stay there again. Very run down. The base of the shower was all cracked and simply filled up with sealant. Hot water took ages to come through. Bed mattresses where worn out and pillows were so flat that they were non existence. Elevator was out of order. Had to pay for wifi. Staff on desk were unhelpful and rude. The only thing good about it was the location
Worst hotel I've ever stayed.

Filthy rooms, gums stuck on the wall, windows not closing properly while air coming inside our room, no elevator, extremelly rude personnel they wouldn't even give us adaptors to charge our cell phones, no free wifi. Everybody behaved as if we were not welcome there - quite impolite for a hotel crew. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had all over Europe.

£180 for two nights in central London - you’re unlikely to get much better prices.
Room was dated, but clean and comfortable.
Bathroom was dated but clean, Shower was nice and powerful.
Breakfast was awful! Piles of cold pre cooked toast! Warm yoghurts and a continental cheese and meats selection that contained yellow burger slices!!
Staff were medium to grumpy!
Wouldn’t stay again, would rather pay more and get better service! But it does exactly what it says on the tin, so wouldn’t go as far as telling people to avoid.
Nice stay

Great location near the Paddington station and also to Lancaster Gate (central line). The welcome from the reception was lovely. We got a quite big silent room in a building opposite the hotel with a tiny bathroom which could be a problem for someone but it was ok for us as there was a quite big shower and good water pressure. The day we came the water in the shower flew away very slowly but the next day we told the problem and in the evening, when we came back, it was solved.
Continental breakfast is served.
Good price/quality ratio.
