i was there for 3 days , hotel is simple but good , nothing special and normally food is another level in Austrian Hotel ........ plus this say to have 4 star ...... mhmmm , in complex is ok , plus i have to say staff is excellent this put everything in a good level

We stayed in renovated part of the hotel, so the room was nice& clean, view from the balcony was gorgeous. There is a ski bus stop just in front of the hotel.
As to the restaurant: little problems with service, if you come for breakfest late (just before 10 am) there is not much left to eat and it is quite difficult to ask for as the Staff is focused on cleaning.

A well run hotel capable of catering for larger or smaller groups run by a friendly staff. 5 mins away from Pitztal Glacier and 3 mins from Riffelsee station. Well connected by the local bus service from Imst. Hotel Seppl is situated in a quiet location , has good wellness facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, Infrared and traditional saunas, and outdoor jacuzzi. Its comfortable and has its own staffed restaurant and a good selection of wines and spirits to choose from. A good base for the ski stations just up the valley.

Our consideration are according to our expectation, therefore it can not reflect the expatiation of others, however here is our impressions:
BAD
The tap water at 4,4€ is 2+ times the petrol, the room we got was not a 4 stars (no ventilation in the toilet, the hairdryer works for no more then 2 minutes, a bit old furniture), thru is that the hotel has also new room at higher price then we paid.
AVERAGE
The wellness area is a bit old but well equipped, the snack from 3 to 5 pm a nice thing to have
GOOD
Self service kinder menu, it avoid kids to be wining to leave the table and get bored, Food when not a buffet (we are italian and the italian buffet was not really italian, the tyrolian was good..we are not tyrolians) is good, the location is fantastic
All in all a good vacation, not spoiled by bad service.

Le camere che ci hanno assegnato era vecchiotta con il cesso senza ventilazione, asciuga capelli che funzionava per 2 min, vero è che ci hanno fatto un buon prezzo e che l'hotel dispone anche di camere nuove. Acqua della canna a 4,4 € ...ma sembra lo standard in Austria.

La zona benessere è vecchiotta ma ha tutto, la merenda dalle 3 alle 5 ci sta

il menu a self service per i bimbi, il cibo (tranne il buffet italiano) e la posizione dell'hotel.
Tutto sommato una bella vacanza senza intoppi

Poor food, paying for egg at breakfast. 4,4€ at dinner for a can of tap water. Your money is important not the fact to be happy with the hotel. The rooms are mostley ok, but the atmosphere in the hotel is not good.
