this hotel is located right on the lake - we enjoyed swimming in the clean lake and lying under the shady trees just relaxing and enjoying the area. Plenty of restaurants and great walks and the little town of Bracciano - just a 10 minute car ride away - was a gem. Staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Working about 20 minutes away in September, the hotel offers affordable, comfortable, clean basic accommodation. It's situated on the outskirts on Bracciano right next to a beautiful lake.
Breakfasts are typically continental style but with the added bonus of a barista for a wonderful cup of coffee to your taste. Dinner is served in the lakeside restaurant and offers wonderful food and wine and modest costs. It does have a bar in the reception area but its not somewhere you'd go for a nice ambiance
Despite the wonderful weather, the outdoor pool was closed and covered for winter. It also has a spa downstairs but I did not venture there. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Wifi was free but not effective in the bedroom. There isn't any heating in the hotel so I would not recommend staying there in the winter.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for a wedding. The hotel's facilities are old and tired. There is a great need for refurbishment.
We paid the same rate for a street-view room as that as a lake-view room, which is very disappointing.
The shower is very small and the air conditioning filters need a very good clean and at one point stopped working. We informed reception and they came to fix it.
The breakfast was good - just right.

Hotel a little tired and in need of refurbishment.
Great pool and views over looking lake if lucky enough to have room on that side.
Very friendly, helpful staff.
The free breakfast was excellent from 7-10 am continental bread cheese fruit etc coffee and tea.

Listed as a hotel. Upgraded camping or a hostel at best. Cot-like beds that as small and uncomfortable. Paper thin walls. No privacy from room to room because of noise levels. Wifi is nearly nonexistent. Poorly staffed, waiting forever for a coffee at coffee/wine bar. Desk clerk finally came to make us a coffee. Terribly long drive to Rome, not convenient for Rome tourists - price is not worth the drive unless you're looking for upgraded Camping.
