My first visit to this part of Austria, the hotel is well served for ski bus, tucked away at the end of a road, there is a nurse slope next to the hotel, with a drag lift. Kirchberg and Kitzbuhel are in easy reach. However I think you need a car for evenings. I wasn't there to ski, and was surprised to find wherever you go everything shuts at 8pm. Even in the bigger towns. It is a destination well served for skiing, but not if you are visiting for other reasons.
The hotel itself is lovely, the people were lovely too. There is a balcony where we chilled our drinks and sat to watch the snow. The food is divine, especially the apple strudel. Klaudia on reception called to find out about anything we needed to know, and filled out a map for us. Jergen, who made our evenings sitting in the bar playing cards memorable. Thank you.
We booked a night time horse drawn sleigh ride, went up in a cable car for dinner, and watched the tobogganing. All listed for us by request.
I cannot recommend this highly enough.
With just one downside, the cleaner. She blocked the lift with her trolley making it unusable during her working hours, and put the notably dirty towels from the floor back to hang up.

Catering to families, without making you feel you're in a nursery. Great outdoors options with free bikes to use, child carriers for hiking with kids, and loads of toys indoors and outside. Parents can have their coffee in view of the playground, perfect. Pool is fabulous for all ages with different depths of water. Our 3.5 and 1.75 year old were in heaven!
Great (if tendency to hearty) food, plenty of drinks to choose from, yummy cakes and super friendly and attentive staff.
Highly recommended.

The stay in this hotel has been a pleasant surprise for us, travelling for a ski holiday with 2 children (4 and 6 years old). The stay has been flawless, all staff has been great, the food is absolutely great, could not find a fault.
It is in close proximity of the sky slopes, the ski bus stops just in front of the hotel and the area around is beautiful.
