Great place really tastefully decorated, Wonderful host went above and beyond for us .. lovely Breakfast and just a stones throw from sea , wouldn't hesitate to stay here again .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Booked via booking.com after liking reviews. Looked average from outside. They had parking so great start. We were given a warm welcome by our host who quickly showed us to our room. This is when it went from average to very good. Four poster bed tastefully decorated room over looking road. Bathroom was very clean and of a good size. Room also had little fridge with milk and plenty of tea and coffee. The spa is 2 minutes walk away so ideal. Woke in the morning after a sound sleep. Very hungry and we were not let down. Really nice breakfast that's was cooked perfect. Overall a great room and great stay. Would definately return if in Bridlington.

Booked this through booking.com and to say pleasantly surprised is an understatement. Contacting guest house to see if they could accommodate a simple personal request and it seemed like nothing was to much trouble - room was spot on cleaned to a high standard as well as furnished to a high standard - en suit gorgeous- and for what I would consider a very reasonable price. Breakfast was done however you wanted it !!! Again very accommodating. Asked for advise on places to eat and lee's knowledge was spot on , perfect boast was lee. There when you needed him not there when not!!! . I hope we come back Bridlington soon because I will definitely be re booking with lee again

A lovely bed and breakfast position ed perfectly in Bridlington in my eyes, the beach is literally at the end of the road with plenty of restaurants situated around the spa venue, which is a five minute walk away, we where welcomed by lee who showed us to our room with en-suit my wonderful hubby had arranged with the help of lee to have a bottle of bubbly in our room with strawberries and cream he couldn't of been more helpful and this was topped off with a beautiful breakfast good value for money I believe, I would definitely go again

We needed somewhere to stay just for one night whilst visiting brid. We decided to stay somewhere different and was very delighted with how wonderful this b&b was.
Accommodated us booking in late, very warm welcome. Taken to our beautiful room with a four poster bed, mini bar with milk, beautiful furnishings etc. Very clean! And also in a very quiet area so had an amazing nights sleep. (Although if you're short like me prepare to climb onto the bed!!)
The next morning we were treated to a beautiful full English breakfast, we got to chose what time we were wanting it too. Very well cooked.
Would highly recommend this b&b!
