We had our room on the 6th floor and there was a bit of noise from the ACs outside, no noise of traffic. The room was really spacious and clean. The shover worked well, although the water pressure was weak. One of the big shopping streets is close by and the ocean front with the new shopping center Larco is not too far away. And yes, the bed was hard.

We experienced good service and the room was very clean.
The bed was extremely firm and felt like sleeping on the floor.
Did not have a solid nights sleep on our trip.
No complimentary bottled water was provided which was an inconvenience as you cannot drink the water in Lima.
Great location, but the beds are a definite down side.

Very nice staff who was always aware of our travel plans and offered to have a carry out breakfast ready for us in the early morning because our early am departure times were before normal breakfast hours.

The room may be basic but it is kept clean and tidy. The staff at reception could not have been more pleasant and helpful and most willing to help in all matters. Breakfast was fine although the coffee was not to our taste. Highly recommended hotel in Miraflores district.

I am diabetic. Due to an early start wr had to have a boxed breakfast. I asked to change my fruit juice carton for water and was told that I was unable to have water instead! Breakfast itself was poor. Small roll and cake.
