Buffet Ramadhan
Syed Aon 02/06/2017 06:51Yesterday (thursday 1st June 2017), My first experience had a buffet ramadhan with a lousy service. Never in my life, having buffet food without being refill. Paid for RM65 for the value of RM20! The seating also quite far from the buffet area. Not conducive. The only food that I can consider is only Lamb grill. Hopefully no one else will be cheated.
Budget hotel, value for money
Wayhidah Hon 05/04/2017 06:33Budget hotel & value for money. Free breakfast but no choice.The room is comfortable. The bedsheet is clean. No kettle provided & u have to ask for it. You have to switch off the aircon if want to boil the water :( . TV not funtioning. You can order the food but the price is not the same as stated .

chanteekon 03/12/2016 17:04the hotel used to be better when it was called allson klana...the room was dirty...like seriously...i stepped on a used condom when i was trying to pull the bedsheet from the side...it's sickening...was super angry n called the so called duty manager who i think is dumb...the breakfast was tasteless all over..never went back n never will...it was a nightmare for me...disgusting experience

Sydney Son 12/11/2016 12:46Our airasia flight from Phuket, got delayed, subsequently missing our kualar lumpar to Sydney,we were told we will be booked into a hotel, what is a joke, seriously, and this not funny at all, smelly corridors, stained sheets and the so called blanket was just a big joke,air con malfunctioning, blocked toilet, please guys if ever you get into a similar situation rather pay extra $200 and get yourself a decent accommodation of your choice at the airport rather than this dumping ground, thank you air asia x for ruining my otherwise beautiful Phuket holiday

mikehartingon 07/11/2016 01:21Clean and decent hotel; stayed for one night and got what I paid for, rooms were clean air con was working well, shower makes a lot of funny noises but pressure is great. Looks pretty dark and rundown from the outside and lobby area but change my mind when I got to the room. Even has Wi-Fi in the room as well as TV and a closet. No complaints
