The rooms are basic and clean with a decent shower. Unfortunately the walls are very thin and the pillows are to thick and hard so not such a good night's sleep.
The breakfast buffet is also lacking with limited options for a vegetarian unless you want cake for breakfast.
Although the hotel is located outside of town it's right next to a metro station which is very cheap and easy to use.

We stayed there for 4 nights at the end of July 2017. Nice hotel, very friendly staff. We had a room on the 11th floor, which had been refurbished and had an excellent view on the square below. Very quiet, I think we were the only tourists on our floor. The room was clean and spacious. The nearest underground station is only 2 minutes away, which means you can reach the city centre in about 15 minutes. The only thing we wouldn't recommend is the breakfast, which at 17 roubles per person is expensive and not really value for money. Everything else was very good.

This hotel is located right along one of the main roads leading to downtown Minsk and right next to a subway station. The hotel itself is your typical Eastern European / Russian establishment with basic comforts, including an OK Russian style breakfast and a travel agent. Be sure to ask for a non-smoking room if you need one! I was first put up in a smokign room and being a non-smoker I had to change it immediately. The hotel wasn't very busy when I visited. Parking is available, but the space is limited.

I was unfortunately allocated an 11th floor cell in this hotel, it felt isolated and unloved there, nothing friendly at all. then I was offered a room on 9th floor, but it was same. faded furnishings and unhappy place. I don't want to be miles up in the air, and not keen at all on room, if it was for 1 night then maybe I could tolerate it but not for 3 nights. sadly I cried and called my Belarus friends who moved me to another hotel. this hotel is situated near the city centre and has limited parking, its in a busy area and there seems to be a lot going on, lots of building work in the small car park area. Im sure this hotel is ok and don't want to be unkind but I couldn't stay there.

We stayed here for a couple of nights as part of a group tour. It is outside the centre but very close to the Metro so you can be in the centre of Minsk within 15-20 minutes. The rooms are nice, the breakfast is good and the staff (particularly those on reception) are friendly and very helpful.
