Not a fan they charged my credit card $25.00 upon arrival. I can't eat that food in lobby anyway.
Stay was good since they allow pets.
Front desk manager was kind of snippy to me when I asked about precharge.

My husband & I stayed at the Aloft for 1 night. We had the pleasure of meeting the bartender, Reigne, she had a great personality. She made the best drinks we've ever had at any hotel and we travel alot.

First time staying at an Aloft property and probably wouldn't make it my first choice of places to stay. The room colors were dark and the lighting in the room was poor. Having to get bags of ice from the lobby area and not having anyway to keep the extra ice from melting was a waste. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms and lobby area was well maintained and clean.

Reasonably priced and conveniently located to many attractions. A lot of restaurants and shopping in the area. You could choose to go out or stay in and enjoy the entertainment at the hotel. The lobby bar is front row seating for the live music that appeared a few nights a week. The bar manager Miss Sara was professional, attentive and quick to accomodate the hotel guests.

Just stayed for the night when I was moving to nc this past weekend. Had a great time hanging with kristy at the xyz bar for some beers and food after a long day of driving. People at the front desk were also awesome checking in. Clean and comfy beds and great service is everything you need for a night in a hotel
