We each got the dinner menu for 24 euros. Everything was quite small. The miso soup was not too salty which was nice, the chirashi was ok. The fish was fresh but not amazing. The sushi rice was kinda dry and lack of taste. The fruit salad was just a tiny tiny dish with a couple small pieces of watermelon...I don't know if this is standard for Paris, but we found the value not so good. We left still feeling hungry...people working there were friendly. We were just quite disappointed with the food. There are hundreds of Japanese restaurants nearby so we are unlikely to visit there again.

So my friend and I decided to go to get sushi since I haven't had any since I have moved to Paris a few months ago. You know this place will be good when my friend walked in and could hear the owners speaking Japanese! (He speaks Japanese fluently). And he ordered in Japanese for both of us.
We sat at the sushi bar which was small but cozy and it was a very simple non-decorative atmosphere but I love those kind of places!
We got an assortment of sashimi and 1 roll of sushi.
Absolutely delicious and just enough to tide us over.
Love this place and definitely cannot wait to go back! Authentic and original!

The place to eat sushi and sashimi in Paris. excellent food and service at a decent price. Make sure to make a reservation as it's a small restaurant.

This is a tiny family-owned sushi place, so don't expect anything fancy. We sat at the sushi counter by the entrance, and watched the chef masterfully create our dishes. There is a downstairs dining area, but not much of an ambiance as there is no music and the lights are a bit bright so it's not very comfortable. I'll admit, the sushi was delicious - very fresh and just the right amount of rice, but we were slightly shocked at the bill. For the amount they charge they could use the money to spruce the place up a bit, and replace their shabby looking menus.

Had the 24 (+2 for ice cream)€ dinner menu, amouse bouche, miso, sashimi and sushi assortment and dessert. Fresh fish but VERY small portions, good but not great, overpriced and service wasn't fantastic either. Do not recommend.
