Hotel is just 15mts walk from the Centre which is quietly located as well. Hotel is clean. Rooms are tidy with good natural lights and with good facilities. Breakfast is excellent and staff are very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here by myself in Sep 2017. Booked through hotels.com and had no problems with the booking. Hotel is clean & functional but with the odd extra touch which makes me surprised at the rating.
I had room 11, which was a single. Side window so could hear main road but it was no issue at all.
Lovely hot & powerful shower. Nice bed linen. Lovely breakfast & good choices. Staff were friendly & efficient.
Very happy with my stay there ...and didn't see a workman until breakfast v. early on Monday morning. They were gone by 7.45am (well, only 5 of them) so not sure why they were an issue?
Anyway, I'm one very happy customer. Didn't use their complimentary harbour pick-up. It was nice exercise walking up the hill!

A charming hotel, spotlessly clean, reasonably priced and not too far from the centre of town. A courtesy bus is available from and to the airport. Fresh milk is available on request if you don't like the usual long-life little pots. Heating is effective, breakfasts are good (including scrambled egg with salmon, which was an unexpected option). Pillows are high-quality feather: malleable to become super-comfortable - though pillows with man-made filling are also available.
It's an excellent hotel at its level, and it's hard to find any fault. The (free) wi-fi became unreliable in our last day or so, but otherwise, all was highly satisfactory, and we would most certainly stay again!

Well located, lovely hotel, very clean and bright rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice for breakfast. We booked through hotel.com and there was confusion about the number of beds that we required but the situation was quickly and efficiently resolved. Great value and would definitely return.

I booked two doubles through expedia and confirmed two days before arrival. I also asked if there was a room that we could change in as we had an event to go to at 1pm. The woman said we could leave our cases but rooms are not available until 2pm. We left our cases and when we returned there were no rooms
