Bitter taste
Luiza Con 15/08/2017 11:30Outside all beautiful inside like in the 60is rooms dirty, old, smelly personal very bored no smile no enthusiasm food a lot but same every day the only good thing was de beach and the water witch was very clean other than that an experience to not repeat
Price appropriate
Mirela Bon 23/08/2016 11:01I wouldn't say it was dirty.It's a very old hotel and they should do something about the shower curtain or tub.
Towels and beddings were clean and changed daily( I left a tip every morning) . The vacuuming was done only where one could see, so just don't look under the bed .
The food was the same every day, but it was ok. I prefer salads so for me it was ok.
Personnel : I don't think they're qualified . I asked them to put some ice packs in the freezer( I needed them to transport my medicine ) but they kept it in the fridge!!!! I explained them every night!!!!!
Wi Fi is very poor. You only have network in the lobby and not good enough. The connection breaks all the time .
So, it's ok to go of you are low on budged or you decide very late you want a small vacation.
Tip: don't use the bus when going to the beach!!! Use the stairs and rose garden between Laguna Hotels. The stairs will take you in front of Flamingo Hotel. It's a nice 10-15 min walk.
Dirty rooms 2-star hotel
tasak2000on 02/08/2016 13:49The stuff didn't clean the rooms at all and the manager was totally helpless about it. The TV set didn't work - they needed two days to exchange it, the shower was broken - they fix it on the next day, the balcony door was almost impossible to open or close - they tried to repair it but they failed. The staff seem to still live in the good old communist times, the 1980's vibe is still there. The only advantage was the nice swimming pool and a very good restaurant nearby the hotel. Otherwise it would be really difficult to recommend this one to anybody.
Not recommended if you expect a 3 star hotel
Paweł Won 29/07/2016 17:21Avoid this so called hotel if you appreciate clean rooms and fresh towels. The cleaning ladies working there don't care if you're in the room, they enter forcibly and pretend to clean. That being said, I must admit that for the money one can only expect a cheap imitation of a hotel, and that's exactly what you get.
