This hotel has an amazing central location, close to all the main tourist sites and views, the Metro and the starting points for both Tram 15e and Tram 28.
The staff were friendly and helpful, with one of the quickest check-ins I can remember.
The room was clean, comfy and nicely decorated. We stayed for a long weekend, and didn't hear any renovation or building work going on, which has been mentioned in previous reviews.
The hotel doesn't have a gym or spa, but I you're only in Lisbon for a short city break, you're not likely to have time to miss them.
The breakfast was pretty good, although there was a fair wait for items to be refilled if they ran out. It would have been nice if the hot vegetarian options were kept hot in a separate heated buffet server to the meat items, particularly as they had lids and the steam / drips mixed and dropped back into the food.
If you're in Lisbon for a short city break, this hotel is ideal!

Just stayed at this hotel and we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing, the hotel was gorgeous and lived up to is 5* rating. We stayed in room 506 and the view onto the square outside was lovely. The rooms are large, well designed and spotless.
It’s a busy and bustling area but as soon as you enter the hotel it’s quiet and the bar area is beautiful. The restaurant is on the 7th floor and the views around the area make eating there a lovely experience. We would like to thank the hotel for their gift to us to help us celebrate our anniversary. It was unexpected and very kind. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and we will be returning to stay soon, huge thank you for a lovely stay.

From check in to check out the staff are so courteous and helpful.
The rooms are excellent and have all the amenities you would expect. Our room had its own private balcony overlooking the square. The electric blackout blinds are perfect for allowing a lie-in from the morning sun rise.
Again the breakfast buffet has everything you need to set you up for seeing the sights of Lisbon and the roof terrace is a great place to wind down afterwards.
The nightly visit of the “chocolate fairy “ is a great added touch.
The recently opened “lobby bar” is a great addition to the hotel and the service and local knowledge we received from “Teresa” was a great plus to our visit. She is a credit to the hotel.
We look forward to returning next year and seeing the additional new rooms and new 360 view rooftop terrace.

A pleasant stay in the heart of Lisbon. Friendly, warm & thoughtful staff. The room we stayed was good size and clean, toiletries, robes, slippers, good size towels and extra pillows were provided with a touch of chocolates from the service staff (Alice). Security safe, dryer, luggage stand, espresso maker, good size cupboard and drawers were in good standard even the number hangers were generous. Good size TV with good channel selection. Breakfast buffet were great from warm cooked food, choices of cereals, selection of breads and pastries to cold meats and fruits only room for improvement were the selection of drinks (no apple juice). You can also ask to cook something for you out of the buffet of food. But for me the breakfast was perfect and they have different warm food everyday so you don't get bored of the same stuff. The location of the hotel was very convenient. A minute or two from the buzzing Rossio square, shops and restaurants. Convenient transportation, two metro station with one situated just outside the hotel and across is the Rossio railway station. If i was to travel back to Lisbon again, I will highly likely to stay in this hotel again.

Just beside Rossio square with nice restaurants and nightlife in the hills in front and the castle and old city at the hills in the back and at the left side the city town with shopping and food and the sea. Near two subway lines also to the AirPort if you change station on the way.
