We traveled to Lisbon with two toddlers (ages 3.5 years and 18 months). Staying at the Altis Prime hotel's 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment was a pleasure! The apartment was very spacious, modern, comfortable, and lots of amenities. Having a kitchenette was useful with young kids so we could have food on hand and cook basic meals in the apartment. The location of the hotel was also convenient as there is a small grocery store at the end of the street and a larger grocery store a block away from the Rato Metro stop. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Altis Prime is located on a very leafy road just off Av. de Liberdade and within a 5 minute walk from Bairro Alto. The apartment we stayed in was to high standard. It felt like home. The service was outstanding, the staff were so friendly and welcoming which made the stay even more pleasant. We would definitely stay there again.

Fab apartment hotel spent 3 nights during October. Very clean spacious apartment. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Brilliant service and complimentary shuttle bus to the airport. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and just spent 3 nights at Altis Prime. We were both very impressed with the front desk staff along with the staff that worked in the restaurant. They made our stay most enjoyable!
We did struggle with the door locks and the pillows weren’t the best.
But otherwise this hotel was great and in a wonderful location!

We stayed five nights. The room was modern with a clean decor. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room quiet. The food was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful. There is a great little area to work on the ground floor. We stayed with a dog - the extra charge was poorly communicated and unnecessary, however the staff handled this well.
