Dirty hotel, stinky room, bathroom rotten from the mold. A scandal ! Never ever think about going to this hotel if you go to Lisbon ! Carpets, roof and walls are dirty and full or mold. The bathroom is so dirty that we didn’t even take a shower, afraid to affected by bacterias ! I’m not exaggerating at all, believe me !

My room was good but the AC was archaic, making sounds now and then. The breakfast platter was excellent. The staff were helpful and courteous.All the electric sockets were not working. The property needs overhauling as far as the interiors are concerned.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The pictures of my room speak more than 1000 words. I have payed for the single room as it is shown on the hotels website, but what I got is the worst nightmare.

The worst hotel of our trip. Bed bugs in my room, had to go to hospital for some pills. AC from 80's, not really working and loud as hell. When the breakfast room is full, the waitres locked the door without any explanation or even a word and nobody was allowed to come inside. When 4 people left a table, she counted new four and let them in. Humiliating. Don't stay in this hotel.

This is not a 3 star hotel. Very expensive for the service and general quality.
The bedroom was very noisy, with or without ac on.
The hotel needs a urgent renovation, he is still on 80's (not the good 80s...).
The only good point is its location.
