BFATon 03/06/2017 19:01What a pleasant surprise. The Ambassador is a nice, clean and friendly hotel. For the area it's quite upscale. The staff are friendly, the hotel is neat and clean and the on site restaurant are beyond expectation for the price point of the hotel. The complaints we had were that we didn't have enough time to enjoy the hotel more. We didn't get to try the room service but they had one of the most impressive offerings for a room service menus! They only other issue was the windows are thin and noise from the street can be loud even though we were on the top floor.

Greeting at front desk was warm, food local knowledge.
Really like this hotel.

smccullerson 20/05/2017 16:08We came to Wichita to see Huey Lewis in concert. Reserved a corner king and they gave us the top floor. What a great view! The room was huge and very nicely decorated. The whole hotel has a boutique feel to it...modern and beautiful. The bathroom is very big and has a cool shower.
The restaurant was pricey, but excellent. We both had steaks and while mine was not medium rare as I ordered, it was dark-red rare, my husband happily ate what I didn't. The asparagus and Brussels sprouts were served family style and were delicious. Oh, and the bread! Really, really good!
The Ambassador is now our go-to hotel for Wichita. Loved it!

Butch Hon 20/05/2017 14:41Beautiful purple interior! Speakeasy bar downstairs was eclectic! The actual bedroom was perfect and very comfortable. I would still be sleeping had we not had to leave early to continue on our drive!
Excellent Customer Service
pattersj14on 20/05/2017 00:40From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing. They were all very welcoming and friendly, specifically the Sales Manager and Front Desk Associate. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I called two days ahead to reserve the shuttle for a quick ride to the Intrust Arena and everything was smooth sailing. The driver was a charm.
We stayed in a Corner King Suite. The room was huge and we loved the updated decor. As others have mentioned, the desk could be positioned better but it was by no means in our way.
We opted for the Deluxe Staycation package, it was great. It included complimentary valet parking and a $100 credit to the delicious steakhouse. The price was unbeatable!
