Arriving at 6:30am Sunday morning. I was greeted by friendly staff and they were willing to help me check in and be comfortable. Rashid not only check if a room was ready but assisted in helping with the sights of London and best possible locations. All week he went out of his way to make sure i was enjoying my stay and enjoying London. I would defiantly stay here again and recommend for anybody on a trip to look before booking others.

The staffs are all very kind and helpful.
Mr. Joe at the reception was very helpful to show us how to get to the tourist attractions; and what’s the best way of to do that! It makes our trip a lot more convenient!

We had one of the Virgin vouchers that seem to favour this hotel more than any other. The room (207) was very pleasant with a view out the front. The downside to that being that sirens from emergency vehicles can intrude.
It’s always nice to get a room with a bath (rather than shower) too.
Superb location 100 yards from Euston.
We had a good night’s sleep and ultimately that’s what you want.
Breakfast was good too.

Booked a deluxe twin room and was underwhelmed - tiny room with very basic furnishings. I do wonder what the standard rooms are like! On a positive note the beds were comfortable, towels large and fluffy and the shower efficient. Unfortunately there was no mirror over the dressing table, no where to put cases and the wardrobe was just large enough for a hanger each. Not good for girls with a bit of shopping to stash. The room was very chilly and it took an hour to reach a comfortable temperature, unlike the bathroom which remained artic. Very quick showers!
We had booked an afternoon tea with glass of champagne. The service for this was slow and with no interaction from the waitress we were left feeling that we his was not a celebration event at all. The food itself was barely average apart from the scones which were surprisingly good.
Breakfast was a much better event with a good choice of fresh food and steady if in personal service.
I suppose for a business overnighter it meets it purpose, but I’ve stayed in better on the same budget.

My husband and I visited London on Saturday November 11th for the Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall. We stayed at the Ambassador Bloomsbury and were very impressed from the minute we arrived. The reception staff were extremely polite and helpful. Our room was very nice with the largest ensuite we have ever seen. Our breakfast on the morning of the 12th was lovely. There was plenty of choice and the dining room was very pleasant with the staff waiting on very attentive. We were delighted that we were able to leave our suitcase while we went out sight seeing and were particularly impressed with Rashid who was extremely engaging and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and that it was to our satisfaction. He is an exemplary employee of the Ambassador and because of that we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when we visit London in the future.
