We came from the midwest for a funeral. This was an inexpensive place to stay. It had a pool that we didn't or anyone else use-a little cement pond in the middle of the parking lot. All the rooms (we had three) were very outdated with old furniture and old carpeting. The location to other places was OK but it didn't seem to be in too good of a neighborhood.

I requested a non smoking room however we were unfortunately placed in a dirty and decrepit room thar was clearly smoking. By the time they moved us our trip was over. The room we were moved to was a huge improvement and quite pleasant.

its clean and neat has a pool good for price the area is located with grocery stores , the light rail so you can enjoy exploring Arizona.The staff is helpful and friendly .I would recommend this for anyone coming to visit.

We had one night and that was enough. That's ok but the room was that clean and the staff didn't want to talk and give advice for places to eat or see. I would not stay there another time! The towels were dirty and the bed was very bad!

I checked in late as this was a quick one night stay for business the next day in the area. When I got to the room I noticed that the windows were open and thought perhaps someone had simply forgot when they had left earlier that day. But I soon discovered, is that the air conditioning system really was not working at all. Fortunately this was not one of the typical warm summer nights in Arizona and I was able to sleep reasonably well. The room was very clean and even had a fridge/micro. Will probably look elsewhere next time I am in town.
