Very nasty and dirty Hotel if you're going to stay in the area don't stay here there's roaches stand nasty pool and for this being a when ham hotel it is very dirty and very nasty the maids don't wait till 11 o'clock to check out that come to your room way before then peeking in the windows and open your doors to see if you're gone the employees are very rude and don't have no Hospitality manners

I stayed at this hotel playing the Hotwire.com roulette. Aka my first initial mistake. However the hotel was close to Sanford Airport where we flew out of. The professional photos made the hotel seem presentable and livable.
However when we got there, everything was so outdated, and unpleasant. The sign (all in caps) saying that early check in is a never - was weird.
WE got our room and as we walked around we noticed a lot of the hotel was simply decaying and needed updating. My fiancé and I got in our room - and found the following:
- The curtains were taped to the walls
- There was 5 holes in the wall -> behind the microwave, in the shower, and small openings near the sink area, thus allowing ants to roam as they please
- the comforter had cigarette burns on it
- the microwave looked like it had never ever been cleaned
When we woke up we were three hrs away from flight time and got out of there as soon as possible.

You know you're in trouble when there is a big sign on the door saying NO EARLY CHECK IN, EVER. The front desk clerk is hiding behind bullet proof glass at 5pm. The furniture in my non-smoking room had a nifty pattern of burn marks to got with the nicotine funk in the air. The door to the room had obviously been forced open at least once, as had the bathroom door. At this point, you may ask why didn't I walk away? I played Hotwire roulette and lost. The room was already paid for.
I took my bag with me when I went out to the concert that brought me to town. When I returned at 1am, there were 6 Altamonte Springs police cars parked below my room with a nice light show going on. There wasn't any visible blood or weapons drawn, so I went back to my room. I did use a chair to block the door though.
I got a ok nights sleep. In the morning I asked to desk clerk why the police were there the night before. The clerk gave a good John Banner (Sgt Shultz from Hogan's HeroesI impression; I know nothing about the police. I know nothing about the non-smoking room being covered in burn marks. I know nothing about broken doors. Ask the owner, he doesn't give a damn,
So, if you want an OBT adventure without having to go down to the OBT, stay here. Otherwise,.. there are a lot of nicer hotels nearby.
(Note: OBT stands for Orange Blossom Trail. A few miles of the trail are infested with vice squad dens of depravity.)

We booked this hotel through Hotwire.com, the website gave the comparison as "Like a Hampton Inn" so we figured we'd go for it. They lied. Of course, once you pay you're stuck with your decision. Where do I start? The door was hard to open, should have given us a clue right there. The room was shabby and in extreme disrepair. The tub floor was grubby and the toilet seat permanently stained. We checked the bed for bedbugs, and after careful inspection we found none so we decided we'd stay, since there is no refund and we needed a place to sleep. The sheets looked and smelled clean enough, thank goodness, so we did our best to sleep on the hardest matress I've ever encountered. And when we got up, what did I encounter? A big fat cockroach on the microwave. Oh, did I mention that the microwave was broken too? There is really no excuse for it. The owner obviously cares little for the property. It's right off of a busy highway and has the potential to do well, but not in it's current condition. The gentleman who checked me in was very nice and quick. He's the only positive we encountered. You have been warned!!! Stay away!!!

Room was disgusting, dirty, small, smelled, old, just a nasty dump. In a terrible area too. Please do not go to this hotel. Yes it was cheap and you get what you pay for but there is no excuse for filth.
