There was a bad smell all over the hallway.In the room, there was no pillow in one bed, no remote for the TV ,only one small towel was in the bathroom, all most no toiletries in the bathroom, the Flush was not working properly, there was no internet connection. When we asked for service , they said they have no manpower to help except one person who even don't understand English. The room was dirty and dark, the carpet was nasty and the edges were torn and hurt my feet. The breakfast service was horrible! There was nothing except cereal and milk and the place was in a small corner where people had to wait back.

As far as rooms go, don't expect anything beyond 1980. Everything is outdated except for the televisions in the room. There's also an off smell in the facility and the floor made out of carpets is mostly grimy. The worst thing about this locale has been my experience with staff. I was entering the building with my partner a couple of nights ago and suddenly I had the urge to vomit (I'm pregnant with twins) so I ran to the restroom. I did not make it and partially threw up on the floor around the toilet. I headed to the front desk to ask for help and the woman working replies to me with a very harsh attitude and tells me "I aint picking it up get some paper towels". I expected assistance from maintenance but instead she threw an old rag at me and I was forced to clean the floor. Horrible experience.

For starters, this may only be 6 km from the airport, but it is a $28 taxi fare. Save you money and book a better hotel with a free shuttle.
The lady working the front desk was kind, and we had no issue with her. But the place itself? Run. Huge chunk of wall paper ripped off in bathroom and recovered with a different color/pattern. Which then had 3 huge circles of black tar covering on top of that. Walls have holes in them, bugs on the walls and just felt nasty. We slept onto of the sheets with our scarves over the pillows and with all our clothes on. We went downstairs to buy a bottle of water and our door wouldn't open back up. Maintenance had to come and it took him about 20 tries to get our room open again. Breakfast is included but I wouldn't have touched anything there except the banana. Nothing looked clean or up kept.

This is the only hotel that I can remember leaving after having checked in. The night clerk was friendly and wanted to accommodate us, but apparently the management simply doesn't take care of the place. It was truly a dump. So, so bad. Filthy carpets, scuffed walls, sheets had not been changed, bathroom smelled, previous occupants had smoked. Plus, the advertised airport shuttle was not operating, so we had to take a taxi ($34) to get to the hotel. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else.

If I have to back again I wouldn't do that, the room wasn't nothing in the kitchen was empty, not even a cup to drink very wors, I prefer to stay in the camp or in tent, by my experience in so many hotels i suggested to check the place better.
Just one good thing very friendly the gays from the reception.
