Six days in September: good maid service. nicely furnished room.with a superb view of adjoining athletic fields, absolute quiet due to off road facing room and lack of swimming pool and consequent no children, thus no noise. It's a place for grown-ups who have their own computers and can find Starbucks at breakfast time. Join the value club for nice discounts.

I was supposed to get free coffee each morning with my stay but the office was closed each morning, I had to go to Dunkin Donuts...thanks for nothing. I will not recommend America's Best Value Inn to my friends and family.

**WARNING** DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING HERE!!!!!!
The management was down right rude, we got charged more than we should have..because apparently weekends are more than week days although a sign clearly stated an exact price, they literally monitor camera all night long and will call you if you have visitors and tell you that you only paid for this amount of people and that the others have to go. And to top it off, the room smelt musty and the towels had dirty spots on them. Needless to say, I did NOT stay and drove home at 3 am. Even the locals were talking about how it was the absolute most disgusting place in the city to stay at and to keep the doors locked at all times and go everywhere with another person.
I would have given it 0 if it would have let me.

Honestly, pay the extra money to stay in a place where you are not losing sleep on how clean things are or did anyone change the sheets... Upon arriving do not expect a hello from the hotel management, nor a smile or a sign the caretakers are human... Upon getting my key to room 118 "Surprise" the room was filthy, a mess and it pist me off to turn back around as tired as I was to get another room. I would have left but it was so late at the time to find another place. I told management and without an apology, they gave me a room that the TV did not work, the heater was busted and the noise outside was horrid. They keep coffee in the office but I did not touch it ...not knowing how old it gave me the creeps. A simple smile from them would have made my stay "Ok"

Okay not sure how to review this but it what it is. FYI, this hotel is the closest to the Park City Mall less than a .05 mile away. Thus the reason we picked it. The owner Mr. Patel lives on the property and doing all he can to turn this property around. It's on the verge on a industrial area, to the right & to the left a shopping area. The room given to us was freshly painted and updated it was small and very clean. We paid 80.00 for the night for the 2 of us, I think it's a little high no breakfast included which we had in another hotel the night before. But Mr. Patel is trying his best.
