Myself and 4 friends booked a “suite” here to go to canton first Monday trade days. We so should have done our research before booking, but for only $89 per person for 3 nights and we all got to be together, we couldn’t pass that up. After we showed up we immediately saw why it was so cheap. The place had supposedly just been remodeled... can see how. Everything was old and outdated. There was cockroach legs on the bathroom floor... and every night when I would go to the bathroom I’d see a roach in the bathtub. On Friday after we got back from canton we saw that they had serviced our room and made our bed we went to take showers and there were no clean towels. I went to call the front deck and I picked up the room phone and there was no dial tone. Hung up and went to pick up the other room phone, and again no dial tone. I ended up calling the front desk from my cell to request towels and to my surprise they said they did not have any. They said they would bring us some as soon as they were done in the wash and after they dried. About an hour later someone knocked on our door and handed us towels...brand new towels... from Kohl’s. We knew this because they still had the tags on them. So they had never been washed. And they also wreaked Of smoke. We used them anyways. The next day after getting back from canton, the same thing. No towels... for 5 women. We called and they brought us 1 body towel, the floor towel to put outside the shower, and 2 hand towels. We immediately called back and they said they were out again. Sometime in the middle of the night they brought us 2 more. Was this a place where all 5 of us could be together and enjoy everyone’s company and have a place to sleep... yes. But we will not be returning.

Reeked of cigarettes everywhere. Room dirty. Pool an empty pit. Rough clientele. Avoid at all costs. I ended up not staying overnight and bunking with a friend at a Holiday Inn down the street. I also think they overcharged my cc but still looking into this.

We booked this room for First Monday Trade Days. It is about a 26 mile drive to the flea market area.
The room was very clean. I wend with my friend, so two women alone, we felt very safe.
The room is very basic, but clean. There is a fridge and microwave.
The hotel offers a limited breakfast each morning consisting mainly of cereal or pastries.
There is a Starbucks and a Crackerbarrel right around the corner. It's a good value. I would stay there again.

Because we had our dog we needed to stay in a dog friendly hotel. We show up and it looked ok on the outside. Jack patel is the manager and checking in for some reason took quite a while. We drive around to our room and to start off there are 3 guys sitting outside there room on the floor smoking. I started feeling very uncomfortable about the situation and decided ok we can do this. All good. We go into the room and for starters the room was so smelly and I mean really bad. Then look down and there are 2 very large black stains on the floor (not sure what that was) and to top it off the couch that was in there had holes in it, major stains and a hugh chunk was taken out of the corner of the arm. It was terrible. It as so terrible we didn't even stay there. We left. I went in to get my money back. I paid 86.00 and he only gave me 55.00. There is no way I could have stayed there. Horrible condition.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. It was rundown, exposed electrical, missing smoke alarm, broken coffee pot, and a bathroom so small its a good thing I'm a small person because I can't imagine anyone larger would be able to shower or even close the bathroom door without standing in the tub. Our bags were clearly rummaged through. A brand new laptop charger and my husband's medication were stolen out of our bags when our room was cleaned.
