One star is too generous for this place. The front desk person looked and talked like she was tweaking. Our room had vanity lights that didn't work and dirty sheets. Our friend's room had moldy pillows and no light bulbs on their vanity. After a family emergency cut our stay short (about 5 hours), we asked for a discount or our money back. We were told the manager would have to help us but she would not be in for another week. We never got any call or email from management. Not surprising being the quality of employees was the worst of any business I have ever seen.
Don't be fooled by the cheap price. It's that way for a reason. Not worth taking a chance with your health. I cannot believe the corporate management would let this place operate the way it does.

Room # 122-very nice room, no complaints but we think we were the only ones registered for the night....I went for coffee @ 10 to 6 hoping it was ready early...went back after 6 and still no one around in lobby. Rang bell. The desk clerk emerged from the living quarters and sleepy eyed tossed a tin of donuts on the counter. I mentioned how I always need a coffee eye opener. She left and we saw her walking her dog. A man came and took donuts and brought back a shelf with liner paper to lay them out and 4 slices of bread. There was juice & cereal but I never did get coffee!! They were in process of conversion to Rodeway. Hope they get new managers and upgrade their service & definitely their breakfast!

This place is a joke, the only actually had the nerve to yell at my mother in the lobby. These people are a joke. Plus they overcharged us. W.T.F. we also had no garbage cans in the room, no washcloths, the owner wouldnt replace a lightbulb or give us more toilet paper

Pretty creepy feeling the entire time there. It was the only room available when we booked because of the fishing contest. Would skip the contest if this was the only hotel available next year. First 3 sets of keys diddnt work, Dirty dirty room, Especially for owner operators that apparently must live there. Hire a cleaning person. Foul smell in the room. Cigarette burn on the tub. Get what u pay for I guess. Plan ahead for next year I guess

I don't even know where to start with this filthy dump. I was the only person at the counter and it still took 25 minutes to check in. I am POSITIVE there is illegal activity going on between the manager and partner - and they live there. Enjoy the continental breakfast - the continent it must be from is Africa, because you wont get fed. A waffle maker that was so filthy it was pathetic. A handful of dried up donuts and a bag of apples thrown on the counter. It looks like someone shot a deer in the hallway both upstairs and downstairs. If these people are able to keep their America's Best Value Inn franchise, I will never stay in another one. Hint, if you are the only car in a motel parking lot, it sucks. P.S. Room smells like smoke and there was moldy food in the fridge.
