I noticed the rating was only "Good" but the pictures were nice and the first rating was very good so I decided to try it. Upon entrance to main desk it was 90 degrees inside. They said the ac was out for three weeks and the owner did not want to fix it. Next came the room which was vacuumed with the shower curtain falling off the wall. I go down for breakfast the next morning and get food poisoning. Poor management all around, so if you are in West Point Keep driving!!
Weed smoke and dirty tubs

Stayed overnight on July 23rd having had memories of it's former name of Holiday Inn. New ownership has apparently allowed the property to decline. Our original room was next to someone who'd smoked weed and had the entire hallway stinking. The tub was dirty.
After speaking with the front desk, we were provided a different room which wasn't much better. The original plan was to stay for 2 nights. We left after the first night and booked a room across the streetnat Hampton Inn.

The hotel is at a good location, close to Walmart. The breakfast was great. The tiles on the bathroom floor needs to be repaired on the second floor. The employees were very helpful. We took some of our luggage out of the room to put in our car, and when we came back to our room, the key card did not work. The lady that work in your housekeeping dept, let us back into the room. It would be even nicer if your hotel had a elevator, to take guests and there luggage to the second floor. Thank you
Stayed here during MSU's graduation

Glad we found this place. West Point is a dunghill of a place, so we were cautious about staying here. But all of the decent hotels were sold out so we took it. Glad we did! It was surprisingly nice! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The beds were quite luxurious with lots of pillows and big fluffy comforters. My hubby hates sleeping in hotel beds, but he said this was the first time he slept well. The rooms have a fridge and microwave. Nice HD TV's, bathroom is very spacious and a fun shower head (big round head like a rainshower) with great water pressure. The towels were big and soft too. Breakfast was really enjoyable (full breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, pancakes, cereal, milk, yogurt, muffins, juice, pretty much a real spread. Wish the coffee could've been better. My only complaint is no elevator. And the desk staff wasn't very impressive. They kept saying they couldn't do much as the computer system was down. And no real restaurants around so don't expect much in regards to good meals unless you drive into Starkville. But regardless, I would definitely stay here again.

We were traveling thru on r way to Mobile , Alabama. Didn't want to pay more then one hundred for a nights stay so the pictures were not to bad and reviews so-so. Well, lady that checked us in very nice but hotel smelled awful like cigarette smoke when we went to r room! We had a non smoking room. The room was somewhat clean except for hair n bathroom and black mold around ring of toilet that I could c when I got n the tub, GROSSED me out!! Bed was pretty comfortable and soft pillows , breakfast same as most n hotel businesses! The one thing that totally freaked us out was laying n bed n r undies and two women walk n to are room ! So not sure what that was all about! U get what u pay for I guess, probably would not stay there again!
