I"ve enjoyed this motel since it was Econolodge. Convenient location in town, rooms big and clean, friendly staff, enough parking, near food and gas, free WiFi. always stay here when attending Utah Shakespeare Festival.

We had to find someplace to stay on a budget and this place filled the bill. When we went to check in and used the bathroom in the lobby there were no paper towels. When we told the clerk he simple said the dispenser was broken! Really?
Our room was relatively clean but the carpet needed to be replaced. When we got up in the morning for breakfast we were very disappointed to find they had waffles, donuts and coffee. They had a few pieces of bread but no tongs to pick them up. When I took the butter packets I noticed they were all warm and open. I asked the clerk and she took a box from the bottom of the counter and pulled out more butter but it was warm and not sealed. There was nowhere to eat, you would have to bring it to your room. We went to Denny's for breakfast!
Almost forgot: As we were going to our room there were people sitting outside with knapsacks! We were a little reticent as to whether they were homeless and they were waiting for someone to let them in!

Sub-average motel; all rugs need to be replaced; ditto the towels (many stained and tattered). Room was reasonably clean, as was the bathroom. Very old and worn furnishings. AC unit needs a serious cleaning and better yet, replacement. Pricey for what you get. I'm sure they are taking advantage of their close proximity to SUU & the Shakespeare Festival.
Positives: near Shakespeare Festival, bathroom reasonably clean, room has a refrigerator that works.

Good place to stay overnight for the price. Clean, but old. The shower tub did have some weird green patch that looked kinda like mold or something that the wife didn't appreciate. Other than that, for the price you can't beat it.

We stayed here during a baseball tournament, and it was perfect for us! The rooms aren't huge or extravagant, but they fit my family perfectly. The hotel was easy to find, right off of I-15, we were five minutes away from the baseball field and close to everything we needed. It was great for the kids, they would have a full day of ball and then go straight to the pool! The breakfast area is small and little crowded, but we just took our food back to our room, which was fine with us. I am glad that we had a fridge and microwave, that really helped us stay on budget since we weren't eating out for every meal. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family and I would stay here again!
