The rates were pretty cheap, so you can't expect it to be that fancy. If you're looking for a hotel with the works, go to the other end of Miller Lane. The room that we had was dated, but clean. It did have a few spots that had burn marks and an old tv, but other than that it was fine. There is some riff raff there, but no one bothered us. We did have to make a complaint to the front desk about another guest revving his engine repeatedly outside of our window though. The staff acted very quickly and took care of the problem. I would stay there again.

I stayed here because the Fairfield Inn was booked. I can't determine if this is a good place going down, or a bad place on its way up. By the look of the lobby I think it's been taken over and is trying to improve. Not much to look at but, suprisingly, the room was quite nice. This is at the end of a service drive, near some closed down businesses. For an overnight, it fits the bill. Not sure I would like it for an extended stay. Good room rates, breakfast is nothing special. But, it seems that they are trying.

I made resv. on phone inside 24 hr so there was no refund if I had to cancel, I drove 14 hrs and was beat( I should have kept driving the rest of my trip) the front desk young lady was the best part of stay she checked me into different rooms the one I ended up in was the best of all dumped ones. the sink,shower,toilet not cleaned shower light burnt out, small soap bar busted like sawdust, faucet on sink comes off,no toilet pressure at all,bathroom floor dirty,it was a room that was connected to another the hinge pins on door had two that were ready to pop out, third one was missing, curtain would not shut all the way. tv came over on the mayflower,no guide for stations, at 9:30 tv shut off and would not turn back on, a/c does not work.i fell asleep only to have phone ring no one on other end. stayed awake and listened to kids running up and down hallway while their parents where fighting. finally got up and left.outside of property is terrible ,elevator very dirty and nasty, outside dumpster spilled over and had rats as big as small dogs. Like I said if I could have got a refund I would have checked out before I checked in. the other write ups I have read say they have been under renovations for the last 3 or 4 years,they have wasted a lot money they should tear it down and start over

I stayed during my travel To sunny Florida. It was a very nice place. The staff was very nice. The remodeled room looked very nice and the Air WICK made the room smell as fresh as it looked. I would like to see updated TV's that would help.

in dayton for vacation stayed at americas best value in the rooms were quaint and clean the accessibility to a large variety of resturants and shopping centers easily accessable to get to as well. i received prompt and adequate service from the front desk attendants as well as housekeeping .. i plan to stay here in the immediate near future
