Extremely nice staff. The hotel is a little older but very clean. We stayed 3 nights. Very comfortable, quiet. We checked in on a Saturday and stayed thru Tuesday. The breakfast advertised was disappointing, more of a continental breakfast definitely not a "full" breakfast.
Hotel was close to lots to see and do, we were there visiting family and found it convenient to everything we were doing. It is pet friendly, although I didn't bring mine.
I will stay again when we come back. For the price it was good, could use some upgrades,but then so could my home. It was clean and comfortable with good security

Needed a place to stay and the town was very busy.
Rooms are nothing special, with old furniture. They did have a flat screen tv on the wall. We were in non-smoking and rooms still had that stale smoke smell.
Bed was fine and bathroom was clean.

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay they were clean , nice, very helpful to anything we needed ,fresh breakfast and much more I can't even begin to express their customer service it was great we will be going back soon!!!!!!

was passing thru and decided to stop and check prices for a night. decided to stay at American best value inn. the hotel was very clean. the staff was wonderful and made sure I was happy with the room. the room needs to be updated, but the room was very clean. and the breakfast had many items to pick from. I loved the sausage and gravy , and coffee. I couldn't of pick a better hotel for the price I did. when and if I am passing thru again. I will surely stay at American best value inn again.

The rooms are dirty and the hotel reeks of sickening air freshener. The sheets had holes,breakfast is laughable,and if you have a pet there is nowhere to walk it.
Don't make the mistake of staying in this dump.The first room I was given stunk so bad I refused to take it. The front desk said someone lived in the room with several dogs.
The maids start knocking on all doors at 7am.
