Customer service was good. The room had a musty odor. The toilet barely worked. The beds were not queen size, and there were not enough towels. When I asked for a room with queen beds I was told that the only room available is a smoking room.

The filth institution room I've ever been in. All 4 of our rooms were dirty. We understood why the next day. The cleaning lady came in and made the beds without putting on clean sheets. Her cart contained a few clean towels but no cleaning supplies.

This was the hotel was sooooo dirty. We cam to the area to catch a Gators game and knew hotels were booked in the area but I should have slept in the car instead. The room was filthy. There was am empty used liquar bottle in the beds tand. The carpet was all mildew and slimmy. The TV didn't work. The towels were so thin you could see thru them. There were small bugs crawling on the walls by the sink. There was no coffee in the rooms . TOTAL disappointment. for $145 I expected at least a clean room. GROSS here. The staff was nice but total disappointment.

The reason I'm rating this as "terrible" is due to the disgusting bathroom. By no means did I expect a fancy hotel/motel, but I at least ask for a clean room and bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting. Several different kinds of hair through the bathroom and even a wrapper on the floor. We didn't take our flip flops off because it was so grimy. This is a very tired property and even at a $99 rate it's overpriced. Would never stay here again.

This hotel was outdated and filthy. I had to clean out the fridge and bathtub myself...the housekeepers are horrible The doors were shaky. When you walk into the office the front desk lamp has stains. The hospitality was serverly low there was no toiletries like other places and the place was covered in dust.
