Stay was fine. Rooms needed updated but since the 3rd floor was being upgraded I hope they are moving up and the fourth floor is scheduled for renovation soon. The shuttle driver couldn't have been nicer.

Although my room was supposed to be non-smoking, it smelled of stale smoke and just plain dust. I inhaled the bad air all night and woke up with a raw throat. The next few days developed into a terrible cough, which was a lousy way to start my vacation. Another problem was that I had made my reservation through Park Sleep Fly, and the hotel receptionist messed around for 20 minutes on the computer and said she couldn't find it. The only positive was the shuttle to the airport, and the fact that my car was intact when I returned. I will not stay there again.

We chose this hotel, to park and fly before our vacation. I'm glad we only had a few hours there. The hotel and elevator smelled of smoke, the tv was terrible and the cleanliness was fair at best. I will spend the extra $30 and stay somewhere nicer next time.
Having said all of that the shuttle to the airport to and from were very timely and the employees were very nice.

Good place if you are just planning to park and fly. The room is practically free compared to other long term parking. Friendly staff, and shuttle to and from airport. Room served its purpose, not new or fancy but sufficient.

My flight was cancelled late at night in Cleveland and in my haste I accidentally scheduled a room through Expedia the next day (right around midnight i tried to get a reservation). When I got there i got a room for the night because I had no choice and they were not willing to refund my money for the next night which was booked in error. They pretty much stole $75.00 from me. In terms of the hotel it was hands down the crappiest I have ever stayed in, tube TV, not clean (did not open my suitcase for fear of what may have crawled in). Staff was rude and unhelpful and the only thing that did not suck was the driver of the airport shuttle who was great.
