The people were nice, the carpet was filthy, broken bathroom fixtures. The pillows were firm...if you want softer ones, you can outside next to the railroad tracks and get a few rocks. The could upstairs were running around all night, but it didn't bother me. The train noise drown them out.

Bed bugs everywhere ! They were very rude. Didn't offer nothing but a change of rooms. Highly upset! Next time ill use hotwire to search for a place to stay. Remove this hotel asap! They also wouldnt even allow my guest to visit me. Air conditioner sucks too!

I was in town for a business event and the hotel was right of the highway , very easy access , close to everything . Hotel staff was more then accommodating , made sure we were comfortable, kept telling us to call the front desk for anything at all. The hotel itself is not new but that didn't matter is was very clean and warm and inviting. Would book again if ever in need of a hotel in the Columbus area.

Every one was friendly and willing to help. The front desk people were cheerful and a pleasure. I didn't have any problems at all. This hotel was clean. You definitely get what you pay for and the staff treats you kindly.

We chose it because it was close to the stadium for Rock on the Range. We were there 4 nights...the room got cleaned...I use that term loosely...one time! The day before we left. Lighting in the room was horrible, so dark! The fridge froze everything. Didn't even attempt to use the nasty antiquated microwave. They were also jacking up the prices to $125 a night (we didn't pay that) because of Rock on the Range. Totally disgusting smell and would never stay there again.
