We stayed here two years ago and it was a much better place to stay. Not sure if had a change of ownership or they let the place go a bit. The property wasn't well lit and we didn't feel safe. The room wasn't as clean as we remember, the blanket on the bed had a burn mark in it and the bed itself was very uncomfortable. sadly, we will not be back.

The gentleman that was behind the desk when I arrived was very nice and explained how the stay and fly worked. Gave me a card to call when I returned and was very nice. BUT the guy that was there in the morning needs an attitude adjustment. He didn't look up from the computer of acknowledge I was there until I asked him about the van to take me to airport. He then said "We don't have anything booked for this morning." I told him I paid for park and fly and he acted like he was doing me a favor calling to get me a shuttle booked.

Great location. Front desk a bit lacking in greeting customers but knew how to run the credit card machine. Room was dated, including a vinyl chair harder than the floor. Look, I was looking for a cheap place to stay and I got what I paid for.

I stayed at this hotel again last month, again very pleasent & comfortable stay. Great location lot of parking spaces. Very friendly & welcming staff, from front desk to housekeeping maids. At check in front desk gentalman offered me cold botel water, which I needed, asked maid to help me with my luggage to the room. Room and bathroom was very clean and smelling fresh, bed was comfortable and had fridge and microwave in the room. At this price it is a bargain ,is a great value. Enjoyed their continantale breakfast. This is the best place near Pittsburgh Airport.Two Thumbs up guys.Will recomend and come back again.

I just checked out today and I could not have been happier with my stay. My friends and I came here for a concert in Burgettstown and this was one of the closest hotels. We didn't quite know what to expect because it was only $125 for two nights. The building looks nice on the outside, the landscaping was taken care of. The lobby was nice and very clean. The man who checked us in, Jay, was super friendly. They checked us into three separate rooms very quickly and did their best to put our rooms together. They gave us each a cold bottle of water upon checking. There was also free breakfast from 5am-9am but we didn't take advantage of that.
I stayed in a King room on the third floor. The room smelled fine and everything was very clean. The air conditioner worked great. The shower was very nice. There's no tub but it's a tiled stand up shower with very nice glass doors. Great water pressure. They provided a small bottle of shampoo and two bars of soap. Tissues, an ice bucket and cups. There was also a big chair in the room. And then a desk with a nice office chair.
When we left to go to the concert, someone came in and cleaned my room and did not bother any of my stuff. They switched out the towels, wash cloths and bath mat and made the bed.
The bed was a little hard, but it didn't bother me at all. The color on the TV was a little funky but I didn't come there to watch TV anyway and only had it on at night. And the elevator was a little old and loud, but it was fast. Those are the worst things I can say about this place and none of those things were important enough for me to not give it a 5 star rating, because of the price.
I also called down at about 11pm to ask about a late checkout, which on a sign in the lobby, it said it was $20, up until 2pm I think. But he asked me what time I wanted to leave and I said just around noon instead of 11 and he said don't worry about it, noon is fine. And he did the same for my friends.
It's on a pretty busy four lane road. There's a Walmart and grocery store about a mile down the same road and plenty of restaurants within walking distance, if you don't mind walking a short distance on a busy road. Primanti Bros. is right across the street.
There are plenty of other hotels on this same strip, but if you want to save some money, definitely stay here. It really is a good value. If I wanted to pay more than double to stay at the Hampton Inn, of course my bed would be more comfortable and there would be a few more amenities, but this place was perfect for what we needed it for and I would definitely come back if I was coming to this area again.
