We were warmly welcomed by the staff. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast in the morning was excellent. Check in and check out were easy. All our needs were met. It's a great choice to stay here for traveling anywhere in the Twin Cities. It is conveniently located very close to the Burnsville Mall and other malls and shops. There is easy access to either St. Paul or Minneapolis from here. The staff went out of their way to please.

Beautiful and clean hotel with great staff. Regen made us feel very welcomed when we arrived. Chris was also very helpful getting us additional blankets. Breakfast was hot and tasty with a great variety! This will definitely be my first choice when I stay in the Minneapolis area. I recommend you do too!

We were staying in the hotel for my bachelorette party. The room was huge and all of the staff was very friendly. I heard that there was some staff turnover which explains the pull out couches not having sheets, but Chris at front desk was very accommodating and helped us in any way he could for more bedding. Overall a great experience!

The check in process was very quick and the staff was friendly. The room was recently updated and clean. The location is great - close to shopping and hospital. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked with eggs, waffles, cereal, various breads and fruit. Next to The Original Pancake House for a quick lunch, close to the mall and hospital.

This fully remodeled hotel has the appearance of standard but offers excellent comfort ... exceptionally clean rooms ... a nice breakfast with choice options and a friendly staff that ensures your stay to be enjoyable. Don't pass this 1 by!! Easy access and close to everything!!
