misty Won 19/08/2017 00:32We have stayed with this AmericInn in the past and never had any issues matter a fact we would select this hotel because of the slide and hot tub. We decided to stay in August again and this trip was so upsetting that I think we will no longer be returning. When we arrived the amount had raised from the last time which was questioned and our answer was that they were under new management. OK we were going to deal with it but then when the family and I went to the pool area the water slide was out of order along with the hot tub. We purchase two rooms due to having 5 children along with us and then to not be told there pool area was not working properly was a slap in the face. The pool water was extremely cold and was dirty. I seen little things flooding all over along with little bugs in the water. We did Again bring this to the attention of the worker and the answer we got was "Well its posted on our webpage" I don't give a crap where you posted it I think this should be told to guest as they check in just incase they decide to go somewhere more accommodating for their family. We requested to speak with a supervisor or manager about the situation but was told they didn't know when there would be a manager there so they wrote down our number and said they would give them the message . well its been almost two weeks and we still have not heard from them. Sorry to say even thought I know they don't care we wont be returning.

GARYANDDIANE78on 02/08/2017 04:45We were really disappointed with them because the slide to the pool was closed, and had been for awhile. The website however showed that the pool has tbe slide and was still an attraction, yet it was closed. When my wife mentioned it to the manager, he immediately went to the website and took off the part that showed a slide. Also the pool itself has not been maintained very well. The bottom of the pool has layers of paint that chipped away. The sauna wasn't working and the hot tubs jets weren't working all the time.
Nice Property
108frankfon 26/07/2017 13:46This was my first stay at AmericInn. This property has clean rooms, a friendly staff, and offered a basic, freeree continental breakfast. A great value and price during the peak week of the Oshkosh fly-in. Would definitely stay here again!

Don't stay here
Elliot Gon 24/06/2017 19:22Horrible experience! I needed to moved to 3 different rooms because the a/c's were not working properly in any of them. The mattresses in all the rooms were old, the pool slide looks rusty (seems unsafe) and the pool water felt way too cold, in addition to that the sauna was broken. Do not stay here, there are better hotels in the area.
