The reception are was very welcoming.Our family was there for a wedding and it was nice we could all meet in the reception area or in the dining room at night to have pizza. Fresh ice water with orange slices in it.was waiting for you when you walked in. Quiet rooms and a good breakfast.

Staff was friendly and efficient at check-in and check-out. My friend and I asked to split the room and each pay part and they were able to accommodate that.The breakfast was really organized and there were loads of options. The room was a bit over-scented so if you have scent sensitivity you might want to see if they can avoid that in your room.

Had 24 plus rooms for sons wedding. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. All guests were pleased at how clean all the rooms and common areas were. Best housekeeping I have experienced. Lots of options for breakfast too.

I really enjoyed this stay. The room was great/clean/quiet (and I was next to the elevators!) While I very much appreciated the variety offered for breakfast - I did find the eggs industrial. Although the three varieties of sausages were awesome, as was the cottage cheese and peaches. I'm not a corned beef hash person nor a waffle person, but they had those too. They also provide a large ice water dispenser in the lobby - which was great and 24/7 coffee that is easily accessible. Front desk personnel were great. Overall, while I don't know when I'll get back to New London, WI, I would look forward to staying here.

We are so relieved to have found this location! Friends camp locally and we have always been wary of leaving our dogs in a tent while everyone goes tubing on the Wolf River. So, we now "camp" at the Americinn! :) The hotel is VERY clean with great accommodations for any party or group. Their pool area is very nice, as well as a common area in the lobby. The lobby area does host a large breakfast in the morning, but it's not exactly "healthy," so we opt out and get a room with a kitchenette instead. In addition, there are so many local delivery options for dinner (pizza, chinese, subs, etc.).
The only criticism is their staff can be cold at times. Depends on the time of day, as their daytime staff is always friendly and accommodating... but their evening people aren't as "helpful." They don't seem to have a lot of turnover though, as it's the same people every time we visit.
