This was a relaxing a beautiful place to stay.
The rooms are basic.
The breakfast is basic but the property is to die for.
The rooms are very clean.
The owners are such beautiful people and absolutely helpful in ever way they could.
They also do transfers to the city which was convenient.
The property has so much potential.
Our only negatives was the shower was blocked which we had at another place in Italy too and the towel rack fell off.
Water in the shower didn't get hot enough and the towel rack fell off... oops!
Still worth staying... no regrets!

Situated up in the hills, this hotel is not easy to get to but that was no issue. Just 'phoned up 15 minutes before we were due to pull into Civitavecchia station and the hotel minibus was there waiting to transport us to the hotel at no extra charge .
Nice pool which we virtually had to ourselves apart from the swallows which regularly visited to get a quick drink.
Large, comfortable room with jacuzzi bath and good views.
Nice lunch and better evening meal.
Finished off with another courtesy trip, this time to the cruise terminal.
Would definitely stay again.

This was a good place to stay before a cruise if you have a car. It is not in the city, but up in the hills surrounding Civitavecchia and....in the midst of a cattle farm! The views were great and the room was large and fine for a night's stay. There is a good restaurant as well where we only had lunch but had a very good meal. The only caveat is that when you are there, there is nowhere else to go nearby. It is about a fifteen minute drive back down to the cruise port where one can conveniently drop off their rental car. Europcar is about fifty yards from then port gate so it is extremely convenient.

It's a rustic hotel where you can relax , beautiful view , and Italian service is great , it's a little far from the downtown , 10 minutes away , but it worth it , the food is good , and the thing that I liked the most is that they are always smiling ! ,the only issue is that the restaurant doesn't open Mondays , I got there Monday night , hungry but they fixed it , the cooked something for me !

Lovely property overlooking the port of Civitavecchia. Rooms are nicely appointed, shuttle service to port is a nice perk. Great value!
Enjoy wandering the property as it is full of olive trees, herbs and beautiful vistas.
