I visited to rishikesh in june with my wife and stayed in this hotel for two nights. Worst experience. Avoid this hotel. Hotel staff are not professional in hospitality business. Bad service and quality.
Rooms are not good. Toilet not cleaned properly etc ...........

Rooms are good to stay with family but never order foods in the hotel. Book before visiting through any app. Refrain from ordering food through the hotel menu card. Hotel has WiFi which is good no hassles for booking the room. Staff not so helpful.

This is so far the most pathetic hotel in Rishikesh. Staff is so unprofessional, we ordered food and half the things went missing, when we called the restuarant #444 they literally refused serving. Rooms are okay, bathroom latch is broken..

Leisure Palace is located in the Tapovan area, very close to Lakshman Joola. This is a decent budget hotel. Rooms are spacious for a 2 person and appealing as we enter due to its wooden based interiors. The only thing dampening is that maintainance is a bit low and it’s sad to see a good place like this deteriorating. If the existing maintainance continues, very soon the number of guests visiting this hotel will reduce to nil.
Rooms are clean but the upholstery was little out of mark. Bathroom is spacious and the commode in our room did not have seat, after requesting for it, the toilet seat was replaced. We were a group of 10 people and had taken 5 rooms. AC, Geyser, Room lights were not working in few rooms. We were offered a different room when highlighted this to reception. So the maintenance staffs have definitely lot of work to do.
Staffs are courteous and helpful. We ordered evening snacks and breakfast and both were tasty and good. The prices of these were not expensive too.
It’s located close to Laxman Joola and also to the various adventure sport activity offices in Rishikesh, so this can be considered for the crowd who are visiting Rishikesh for adventure activities like rafting, bunjee jumping, zip lane etc.

The staff here is very helpful and there's complimentary breakfast as well.. Even after checking out they kept my bags safe so that I can go for water rafting.. Kudos to the staff! As per the rooms, the rooms are quite good for the rate they are charging.
