Hotel's location is good, just 1 km away from Laxman Jhula. Reception staff is very helping. Food is excellent and provided in the room. Parking space available for 9 cars.
They face water shortage when most of the rooms are booked. They get tanker to fill the tanks. This takes time and sometimes there was no water at all in the bathroom.
Room was clean but bathroom can be more cleaner. Mosquito repellent was there but refill was empty :-) they replaced when I asked.
Regarding cleanness, duvet cover had some tea/coffee spots. Extra mattress/blanket were smelling.

Location wise it's near to ram jhula and laxamn jhula but the hotel is really very small lack of parking very small rooms.
Rooms and bathrooms was not clean.
We had requested one extra bed and they had provided just a very thin mattress
Restaurant is good food quality is also good polite staff

The room is big and good from the budget point of view. To have a parking in that area is a godsend and this hotel had for our 2 cars. Linen needs to be clean. Plumbing needs improvement. But I would hugely recommend as you are 5 min walk away from Laxman and under 10 min from Ram Jhula. I would want to come back again here. Food is good and staff quite efficient.

I stayed with family in the hotel overnight. The Delux rooms seem to be small but is clean and well appointed with a chilling Ac.
The best part of stay in the hotel was its breakfast. Dont forget to ask for Poha and puri bhaji in breakfast.
The staff is cooperative and well mannered. Though i observed a small set of problems and deficiencies like non working intercom that day, but they provided mobile numbers in advance and anticipation

This is the good budget hotel near to Laxman Jhula. Rooms are good in size. Rooms are neat and clean. You cannot expect anything luxuries from this hotel. Buffet breakfast is very ordinary and limited. Overall good budget hotel
