Very old property, not well maintained, the dining area is not clean with soiled table sheets and dirty chairs,the reception staff is not courteous, The food is also so so, the utensils and plates also have stains, I had to get the plate changed twice,

I was there for three days, location is very good but the services are like that you are staying in a DHARAMSHALA.the water was coming from tabs was like SEA water, for a small problem you have to say to them at least ten time,Breakfast is a limited buffet, very poor quality food. crampy restaurant, the lower staff was untrained, Total wastage of money i will not suggest to any one.

Prices are very high as per the rooms, service is pathetic, rooms are very bad. We continuously complaint about AC not working, no one was responding, after some hours when we shouted on them at reception they changed our room. Not recommended to any one, better go with Seaside guest house.

Location : Good! On MG road close to the promenade say a quick 5-10 mins drive.
Ambience : Ok-ish! Some of the rooms are very poorly maintained. I had to get my room changed thrice because of:
1. Leakage through an electrical point
2. Profusely Leaking taps in the bathroom, and
3. Giving me a twin bed room even though they knew I had come with my wife. Argh!
Service : They did provide a complimentary cake considering the occasion I landed on there, but overall slightly sluggish.
Infra: They have a nice pool, there is an old and new building. They provide Standard rooms in the old building and premium in the new one.
Food: Breakfast is a limited buffet, very average food. No live counter for a dosa also. Crampy restaurant.

1) Very bad and late service
2) rooms are very smelly
3) On all the websites they have uploaded the pics which are photoshopped.
4) we have ordered chicken sandwich and pizza in room, delivery boy has bought the food on trolley and that trolley was horribly dirty.
