The hotel is ideally located in the historical part of the city, close to the business centre of Kuala Lumpur. The light rail transit and the capital's Puduraya bus station are just a stone's throw away. The central market is a 10 minute walk, Chinatown is 2 minutes and the National Mosque a 30 minute walk away.
Standard rooms are located on floors 2 to 4. Room size is about 22 sq.m. Well furnished rooms feature standard amenities.

The restaurant offers a wide range of cuisine, both local and western. An a la carte and buffet menu are available daily. There is also the bar which provides the perfect setting in which to enjoy a cold drink and listen to music.

The physical look of the hotel is fine, average. However what really disappoints me is that they don't provide basic toiletries! They don't have a toothbrush, toothpaste, sleepers, even towels they forgot to put it inside my room!
Breakfast is average. Not much. Basic nasi lamak, bread and eggs.
Room is dirty, bed is dusty, carpet is stained and dirty. The toilet basin is dirty as well!
Not worth the money either your staying alone or with family.
My room is located beside the MRT line so I cant sleep and its very noisy!

Customer service is low , great location , food is not good, hotel room is average, plenty of shopping around the hotel. Not enough employees to serve the customers. Some of the room facilities not working properly

Love the location of this hotel. One minute walk away from the popular Chinatown with great food. The room is big enough for a queen size bed. We requested to add another bed and there is still plenty room to move about. Great for family with children.

I just did a Check in by 9AM. Mr. Ali who was at the reception with a smiling face welcomed us and provided Early Check in free of charge where the usual Check in time is 1PM. We are totally happy and we have been upgraded to Deluxe room. His way of handling matters and gestures and greetings made us happy though we are tired after a long flight travelling from previous day night. Hats off Sir. We will be having a memorable stay at this Property for next 4 days. Breakfast spread was awesome. It was a buffet which had variety of Indian, Malysian and Western at the Coffee Shop (Main Restaurant)
Rooms are good and spacious but it is time to go for a room renovation.

Stayed in Ancasa with family and friends. Good location. Good rooms. It was great that they accommodated us on the same floor as we booked 4 rooms all together. One thing I noticed was we were booked in a room in front of a room with a broken door that is always half open and looks so creepy. The place were a little bit old. Carpets and curtains in the room were a bit dusty, and couldn't help myself but sneeze all the time with my allergic rhinitis. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was good. But overall, enjoyed my stay in Kuala Lumpur.
