I had a fantastic facial in the, what looks like a brand new treatment room. The young lady was very professional and the room although compact was perfectly adequate for a relaxing experience. Would definitely book again.

My husband and I stayed here on a 4 night break for our honeymoon last week. I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in for a UK short stay. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, our room and the public areas were clean and comfortable and the food was excellent. We would definitely recommend the hotel if you are looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

Room was quiet and comfortable. Food,although carvery style service,was fresh and tasty.Carvery staff did their best to be helpful.The dance floor was large and inviting and the acts on all three nights were very enjoyable and drew a good audience.Main problem is the hotel,though pleasantly situated near a park,is a. Good way from the beach,shops, buses etc.and so difficult for less able people without a car.On the whole an enjoyable stay at a pretty resort.

Stayed at the Anchorage for one night. Friendly welcome on arrival by the gentleman at the desk. Room very tired looking, water left in kettle from previous occupant, cobwebs in room which didn't look as though it had been cleaned, stains around toilet, shower that took forever to drain, and valance on bed looked like it needed throwing with like bleach stains on it. Bed I must admit was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was good. Check out is 10am so at 9am I decide to have a quick shower before I go, standing in the bedroom fully undressed I suddenly hear my door being unlocked, I shouted out and a man said sorry I didn't hear you in there ???? Im not sure what he expected to hear. I then decided not to bother with the shower as I felt uneasy, so just finished off my packing. 20 Minutes later there was a knock at my door I shouted hello and the same voice said oh sorry. I shouted back I thought checkout was 10am, there was no answer. I quickly grab my things and left.......

Lovely time had again, chose deluxe room this time, found it very nice, also very quiet. Rooms very clean. Half board was not to bad, breakfast was, very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will be returning again.
