Fantastic room & facilities. Friendly informative staff. Complementary evening wine which was a nice surprise.
Easy to get to & good transport links. Is worth the money as a treat & would stay here again

I was greeted at the Andaz with a complimentary glass of wine when checking in. They had me at hello. The room itself was very quiet and clean with an extremely comfy bed. We are in one of teh hotel restaurants (1204) which was very tasty but a bit slow with service. Overall it was an excellent experience.

I stayed at Andaz Liverpool Street for one night during a business trip. The room was just renovated and it was spacious and beautiful, however the lighting in the room was very poor. The floor lamps did not have electricity and the room was dark. In addition, the noise from the street distracted during the night. I left something to the room by accident and asked the staff to send it to me by mail. I was only offered an expensive courier as an alternative and the hotel did not want to compensate for the conditions in the room by sending it by mail.

Very good refurbished hotel. Excellent & helpful staff.
Our king room was clean & great facilities. Location good next to Liverpool streee tube station & plenty of activity in close proximity. Recommend

I only had the pleasure to stay here for one night but they quality and service made it 5* worthy. I was staying with a large group of co-workers and I arrived earlier than most. I checked in knowing my room wouldn't likely be ready and just wanted to check my bag in the meantime, service at check in was very nice, friendly, and speedy. Later when I returned and got into my room there was a handwritten card and a bag of chocolates apologizing that my room wasn't ready and hoping the sweets would give me a nice break from my work event. I've never come across a hotel that apologized for not doing anything wrong, it was really above and beyond considerate service!
The room was gorgeous including a huge bathroom which is always a bonus!
I will definitely be coming back to experience Hotel Andaz for much longer next time!
I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.
