If you are looking for a easy accomodation 15 minutes from Schonbrunn Palace, it is very reasonable choice. The location is what I liked the most. It is located on a quiet street, 4 minutes from the closest bus stop. They offer a lovely breakfasts. It is not supervised 24/7 so you can come later and check in by yourself.

!! Warning !! If you care for your health, avoid this place. First everything was looking good except for bad smell in the room. When we started to look around later, we found out there is mold growing all around the room walls, ceiling and also in the bathroom. That is understandable as the space is old wine cellar in -1 floor. In addition, air ventilation was practically non-existent. Disgusting. We booked another hotel for the second night even though we had already paid for two nights in advance. Breakfast was ok.

On a family trip to Vienna we visited and stayed at Angels place, can't find any negative about the place or the host ! Strongly recommend. Metro station is very close, parking spaces are quite adequate even you are using your car. Kitchen is very well equipped.

No conditions to live even a night. Even already PAYED night.
Leaved just after watching the rooms and the "breakfast".
No one would suggest for this or even half price.
The rooms were small and without even a breath of fresh air, all located in a -1 floor. The breakfast on 0 floor was just like for animals- 3 types of food.

Myself and five other friends spent an excellent few days here. The lovely host greeted us outside the apartment and was more than willing to answer any questions we had and to show us around the rooms. Comfy beds, modern design to the room and close to metro stops to get to the city centre. Good wifi and nice bedroom
