So dirty!! Blood on sheets & towels, couch was disgusting and drug addicts kept us awake in room above all night!! Totally disgusting shower with blocked drain..mould on the roof and spit balls. Would not recommend under any circumstances!!!

Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip as my father ended up in hospital - a day later he passed. I called to advise them and cancel our booking. First time I couldn't get through. Second time the person I spoke to said he will call back in 5 minutes and hung up on me - he never called back. I then spoke to booking.com who were so amazing and understanding, they tried to convince Anglesea motel to cancel free of charge but they did not want a bar of it. The rude staff were not helpful at all and I'm sure they refused to communicate with me so I would still have to pay for the room, even though because of unfortunate circumstances, I could not stay in.

Easy to find, friendly front-of-house staff, clean simple accommodation.
Literally 'across the road' from CountDown supermarket and pub on the corner where WE eat.
Clean and comfortable but not 'romantic' or exciting, just a place to stay!

Very warm welcome from reception. very clean room , comfortable and quiet. We were provided with freshly ground coffee and a small bottle of milk as a welcome. We had no problems at all at this hotel. I have noticed the other reviews but we saw no evidence of it being used as a hostel for homeless families. We slept all night, there was a little road noise but everything else was fine. The hotel in s across the road from Speights Ale house , we popped across there for an excellent meal and great service. A great overnight stay.

My stay at Anglesea was ok. There was a spa in room and it looked outdated and wasn't cleaned well. I had to clean it before I jumped in. overall the room was big, free internet, kitchen. It's was average, not bad not very good.
