We did not have any reservation. Even if hotel was almost fully booked, we get a choice which room we would like to purchase. Room was nice, clean and have had nice view on the sea. Hotel staff if just so lovely, helpful and plesant. They have really good food and drinks. You can seat aoutside the bar or at the swimming pool area and enjoy your time as this area is very quiet. I can not rate them less than excellent.

Staff were lovely
I am not a high maintenance person and am very easy to please usually however even I would not return to this hotel for one main reason - the shower is an absolute disgrace! Not only does it flood everywhere but it's SO small and it is so dark in there as the light doesn't get in there that you can't even see... everytime I turned a different way I would knock the handle and either turn off the shower or change it to cold, and I'm not a big person. If you dropped something you wouldn't be able to pick it up.
We stayed 2 nights close to airport and free parking, breakfast was expensive for what you got but lady in there was lovely. Bed was quite hard, wifi poor, receptionist lovely though.
Oh also no safe in room even though it says in the information inside the room that there is. And no aircon remote given to us even though there is a note in room to hand in to reception when checking out. Confusing.
Nice staff though would maybe go back if desperate but only then.

The hotel is 5 minutes’ drive from airport but needs full renovation. The room furniture is all scratched and looks like collected at flea market. The bathroom is very old, shower is extremely inconvenient. The Wi-Fi works only at lobby. However the staff was friendly and helpful.

I was a little nervous ahead of my stay, having read mixed reviews! However, I must say, I am struggling to find fault with any element of Anis.
As a single female traveller, you want to feel safe, comfortable and welcome - and Anis certainly does make you feel this way. My room was small but just right for one - the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Lovely shower and the towels and bedding smelled fresh.
Breakfast was fabulous - I challenge anybody to find unlimited coffee, fruit, cereals, freshly baked pastries, yogurt, juice etc for 12 euro anywhere else! The staff were very helpful and polite.
There are 4 different wifi options, just connect to the strongest depending on where you are in the hotel. It is weak in the restaurant but there are plenty of alternative things to enjoy, like the sunset.
The pool area is an ideal quiet place for a small beer with a book.
The smaller rooms in the stairwell (like mine) - rooms 101 and 201 - are exposed to a little noise due to the hand driers of the toilets at the bottom of the staircase from people using the restaurant. Also, these rooms lack a little bathroom modesty if there are more than one of you! So you might want a bigger one.
However, I sleep very lightly and didn't find myself at all disturbed.
The hotel is located in a quieter area, far from the bustle of Vieux-Ville. It is about 45 minutes walk from the hotel along Promenade Des Anglais, which is a lovely way to start the day. If that's too far for you though, there are plenty of transport options and bikes to hire.
All in all, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again - a perfect escape for a solo traveller needing to go completely offline for a few days!

We stayed here for 4 nights earlier this month. I had originally booked another hotel nearer the centre on Nice but changed to this as it had a pool, not that we used it in the end but it looked very nice and clean.
As in previous comments the rooms could do with a bit of updating, especially the bathroom but that aside our room was a good size and very clean, as is the whole hotel. The breakfast was ok, the croissants were delicious. All the staff were welcoming and helpful.
The internet is a bit hit and miss.
It really is quite a walk out of Nice but as we had a hire car this was not an issue for us, you also have free parking at the hotel which is very rare in Nice.
We never used taxis ourselves but I did look into it and it would definitely be cheaper to us Uber than getting a normal taxi.
My partner had trouble sleeping as we could hear the airplanes through the night so I'd suggest if your a light sleeper to use earplugs.
All in all out stay was fine and the price was great!
